Nothing
The room was smelling, Toilet doors were broken. Food was ordered to the room which was not brought in a hygenic way. On a over all , it was horrible stay. Not sure how booking .com is having these kind of hotels in booking .com website.

We booked a suite for 3 nights but only stayed here for 1 night. In general this hotel (currently not a resort) could be a 5-star resort if having a complete make-over. All the elements are there but nothing's working correctly. The facilities are pretty but badly decayed. For a resort the location is good, far from town but close to Auro Beach which is relatively small and peaceful, yet quite filthy beach. Rickshaw ride to city center costs 100-150 rupees. After seeing the true state of the hotel (see negatives below) the hotel manager really made an effort and tried to make us stay at the hotel longer which I appreciate, unfortunately that wasn't enough.
We booked a 5-person suite which was a standard room with two sofas and equiped with double bed, extra bed and two matresses. After complaining we got two separate rooms with one extra bed. The sheets in the rooms had blood stains and the rooms weren't cleaned during the day even when asked so we had breakfast dishes and rest of the food there until the next morning. I was truly afraid of cockroaches and gekkos at night! The pool of the hotel is dangerously dirty and therefore unusable. Buffet breakfast is toast and omelette served in a restaurant which smells like mold. The staff excl. The manager is rude and unhelpful. The price is way too expensive for this kind of hotel. After complaining we got 10% discount.

Utter shit hotel , Its not a resort, its just like an ordinary hotel did not have any private beach. Its just near a dirty beach.
Food is Pathetic, room service is very poor, bath room tap leaking, out side of the room is stinking( cigarate smoke and liquor ). bed sheet and pillow cover are dirty . its absolutely not value for money. Location wise its not in Pondicherry its about 7 Km far from pondicherry on ecr , one way auto far form this place to pondicherry bus stand is 150 - 200 inr.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
